BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork shoulder (boneless or bone-in)
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for serving)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 6 brioche buns
- 1 cup coleslaw (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
- Prep the Pork
- Combine smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder. 🖐️
- Let it rest for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Slow Cook the Pork
- Place the seasoned pork in a slow cooker. Add chicken broth and half of the BBQ sauce.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the pork is tender and shreds easily. 🕒
- Shred the Pork
- Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the remaining juices and BBQ sauce. Cook for another 15 minutes on low. 🍴
