Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders

Juicy chicken tenders cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce — ready in under 30 minutes!

✅ Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken tenders
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional but recommended)

🍳 Instructions:

1. Season the Chicken:

  • Pat chicken tenders dry with a paper towel.
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken tenders in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  • Cook for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Add butter and let it melt.
  • Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, just until fragrant (don’t burn the garlic!).
  • Stir in parsley, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice.

4. Coat the Chicken:

  • Return chicken tenders to the skillet.
  • Spoon garlic butter over them and let simmer for 1–2 minutes to soak in flavor.
  • Serve hot!

🍽️ Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
  • Add a green salad or roasted veggies for a complete meal.

📝 Tips:

This recipe also works great with chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into strips.
