Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders
Juicy chicken tenders cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce — ready in under 30 minutes!
✅ Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 1 ½ lbs chicken tenders
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional but recommended)
🍳 Instructions:
1. Season the Chicken:
- Pat chicken tenders dry with a paper towel.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken tenders in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
- Cook for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add butter and let it melt.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, just until fragrant (don’t burn the garlic!).
- Stir in parsley, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice.
4. Coat the Chicken:
- Return chicken tenders to the skillet.
- Spoon garlic butter over them and let simmer for 1–2 minutes to soak in flavor.
- Serve hot!
🍽️ Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
- Add a green salad or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
📝 Tips:
This recipe also works great with chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into strips.
