Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Galbi)
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds beef short ribs, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
- Make the Marinade: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Marinate the Ribs: Place the short ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Grill the Ribs: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until nicely charred and cooked through.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy with steamed rice and vegetables.
