Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Parmesan
100 grams of Italian breadcrumbs
a tablespoon of canola oil
a dash of black pepper powder
1/8 teaspoon of powdered garlic
Preparation:
Turn the oven on high heat (350°F). Use foil or parchment paper to line a baking sheet; it will make cleaning a breeze.
- In a small basin, mix together the Parmesan cheese, panko crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- After removing any extra moisture from the pork chops using a paper towel, coat them equally with olive oil and sprinkle it on both sides.
- Coat each pork chop with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture by dipping it in the mixture and pressing down firmly.
- Arrange the breaded pork chops on the baking sheet that has been preheated to 450°F (63°C). Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature becomes that high.
- You have the option to broil the pork chops for a couple of extra minutes if you want a crunchier exterior.
Remove the pork chops from the oven after they are done cooking and set them aside to rest for 5 minutes before you serve them.
- Plate the Parmesan Baked Pork Chops and serve them hot, with whatever sides you choose. Savor!
